Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by RvVPN. By accessing, registering for, or using the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree, stop using the relevant services.
Service Scope
RvVPN provides network acceleration across 110+ countries and 210+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended to improve network paths for cross-border access, international websites, and related online tools. Actual route connectivity may be affected by the user's network location, regional policies of the target service, device configuration, and network conditions.
Traffic included with a monthly subscription resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. A subscription grants permission to use network routes within the applicable service scope; it does not guarantee that any target website, application, or third-party platform will remain accessible, nor does it provide or control third-party content.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must safeguard their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and ticket activity conducted through their accounts. If credentials may have been exposed, users should promptly change their password and review the account status.
The service supports simultaneous use on an unlimited number of devices, but only by the account holder and devices under that person's control. Users may not resell, rent, or exchange subscriptions, publicly disclose account credentials or subscription information, or provide the service to unspecified parties through account sharing or route resales. Users are responsible for account risks caused by public sharing, resale, or inadequate credential protection.
Compliant Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of the regions involved in their use of the service, and must independently determine whether a specific access activity is permitted. The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, to infringe the lawful rights of others, distribute malicious programs, disrupt network facilities, access systems without authorization, commit fraud, or conduct other activities that may cause actual harm.
Users must also follow the rules of each website, application, and online service they access. RvVPN is not involved in account, content, transaction, or authorization relationships between users and third-party platforms. When a third party limits access because of regional policies, risk controls, or service rules, that decision is made by the relevant third party.
Service Availability and Liability
RvVPN may adjust available routes based on route maintenance, network changes, service security, and operational needs. Maintenance, upstream network fluctuations, local network problems, device system restrictions, or changes to third-party services may cause connection interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of some features.
Users should verify the connection status and save necessary materials before important operations. To the extent permitted by law, RvVPN is not liable for losses caused by third-party platforms, network operating conditions, device failures, incorrect configuration, or the user's failure to protect account information, beyond the direct scope of responsibility of this service. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Refunds and Account Termination
A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 14 days of the first payment. Refund requests can be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel. Users must provide the necessary information related to the account and relevant order so the request can be verified.
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, disrupt service operation, infringe the rights of others, or use the service for unlawful purposes, RvVPN may, depending on the circumstances, restrict relevant features, suspend service, or terminate the account. To protect routes and normal use by other users, measures will be limited to what is necessary. Account termination does not affect responsibilities that arose before termination.
Changes and Application of These Terms
RvVPN may update these terms because of changes to the service, operational arrangements, laws and regulations, or risk management requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page and take effect according to the update date shown on the page. Important changes involving user rights or obligations will be explained through available on-site channels.
Continued use of the service after an update means that the user accepts the revised content. If the user does not accept a change, they may stop using the service and submit a relevant request where the refund terms permit. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining content remains effective. Questions about these terms may be submitted through the user panel ticket system.
